Our Collection Agents working in the community are on hand to deal with donations personally and work relentlessly on behalf of our charitable partners by posting bags and collecting donations of unwanted clothing and textiles from people’s doorstep. In addition, this service is supported by our call centre staff who are on hand to deal with any questions or queries.
