Clothing Banks

As part of our service in the broader community, LCRSL works on behalf of our charitable partners to provide 'Clothing banks'. These specifically designed and branded 'banks' enable the public to donate their unwanted textiles in a convenient and environmentally friendly manner.

All of the 'bank' sites are carefully chosen to maximise awareness and convenience. The banks are designed to be user friendly, safe and secure. And our team of experienced staff ensure that each bank is maintained and emptied on a regular basis.

The cost to our charitable partners – Zero! LCRSL absorbs all costs from beginning to end. Everything is taken care of from site sourcing, issuing the 'bank' itself, through to maintenance, emptying and monitoring, LCRSL take care of it all.

The clothing banks are just one of the ways in which LCRSL helps to raise vital income for our charitable partners but also goes hand in hand with our core environmental objectives – to further reduce the amount of textiles being sent to landfill sites.
